Cancellation Policy

If the Life Designs instructor cancels a class, then participants have the choice between either a full refund for the cancelled class(es) or a course credit. At least 24 hours notice will be given, unless the cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances or emergency.

WORKSHOPS

There are no refunds for purchased classes but a credit will be offered if a minimum of 24 hours notice is given to Life Designs of your cancellation. The credit must be used within six months from the purchased date.

FITNESS CLASSES

There are no refunds for purchased fitness classes. Missed classes may be made up in the current session but cannot be carried forward to future sessions. If three consecutive classes are missed due to medical reasons, then the classes may be made up but must be used in the following session. If it is not medically safe to continue participating in the class then a refund for the missed classes will be offered. A doctor’s note may be requested.
