During this three-part transformational nutrition workshop series you will learn:
- three keys to eating healthily for life;
- five steps to determine which foods are good for you by learning how to decode food labels;
- and 10 secrets to preparing easy meals and eliminating the stress of mealtime.
PART 1: Three ingredients to healthy eating.
No more dieting. No more gimmicks. No more food restrictions. During part one of this workshop series you will learn simple ways to eating healthy without dieting. We address the real issues that have prevented you from being successful in the past. You'll learn how to think healthier and why you need to abolish ‘cheating’, ‘junk food’ and ‘bad foods’ from your vocabulary. You'll be inspired by your new way of thinking and the results you will achieve. Each participant will receive a personalized action plan with easy, healthy and delicious recipes to follow.
PART 2: Five steps to determine which foods are actually good for you.
Don't be deceived by food labels or misled by deceptive marketing any longer. Take control and learn to be an expert label reader and avoid unhealthy choices and marketing gimmicks that are a waste of your money.
During part two of this workshop series you will learn how to:
- decode the mystery of reading food labels and how the food industry attempts to deceive you;
- avoid unhealthy foods and determine which foods you absolutely need to stock-up;
- understand which additives and preservatives are safe and which you should avoid at all costs;
- boost your confidence by knowing how to choose food that is good for you;
- and transform your favourite recipes into a healthy and delicious, culinary delight.
PART 3: 10 Secrets to easy meal planning.
Save time and money by becoming an expert meal planner with Life Designs’ top ten secrets to easy meal planning. Taught in a simple step-by-step format along with an easy-to-use guide to meal planning, you will learn to eliminate the stress of mealtime preparation.
During this workshop you will learn how to;
- create time in your hectic schedule for healthy eating;
- make healthy lunches for all members of your family by providing quick and easy lunch bag ideas;
- get energized using food as your fuel;

I really enjoyed this course. Andrea is a fabulous instructor. It was a very comfortable environment to learn in. We could ask questions or make comments without feeling like we were being judged or were horrible eaters. It was a real eye opener to understand basic nutrition for everyday living. Being healthy and eating properly is not as hard as it appears when it is broken down.
