This workshop gives you the answers on how to feed your kids so you can be sure they're getting all the nutrients they need to grow-up strong and healthy.

You will be given a resource binder full of tools and access to a Certified Nutritionist with expertise in children's nutrition. You will come away with the knowledge to empower your children to become good eaters for life.

During this workshop you will learn;

  • five simple strategies to help your children learn to love their vegetables;
  • research-based recommendations on what types of foods you should be feeding your children and which to avoid;
  • behavioural techniques to help you connect positively with your children to avoid mealtime conflict;
  • 10 steps to making mealtimes work for all members of the family so it's an enjoyable, enriching experience;
  • which foods are BEST to help your children boost their brainpower and energize their bodies;
  • how to determine the right amount of sugar and fat in your child's diet;
  • easy to fix lunch and snack ideas that kids have tested and loved;
  • and what to do about the picky eaters in your family or those who have small or overly large appetites.

 Every parent should attend the Eat Right From the Start Workshop. It is too bad that this type of course is not mandatory for parents. We have two children. The first is a dream child when it comes to food and nutrition but our second child is a different story. Dinnertime was stressful. Our daughter would refuse to eat dinner most of the time and I found myself getting worried that she was not eating enough. After taking Andrea's workshop dinners have become a breeze. I realized that not only was my daughter eating more than she required each day, she was definitely fulfilling her nutritional requirements when considered over two week period.
