Forward Lunge plus side squat

Step 1: Start Position
Step 1
Step forward with your right leg into a lunge position keeping your weight in your front heel. Ensure that you can see your toe in front of you and that your knee and toe are in line with each other.
Step 2
Return right leg to standing position
Step 3
With your right leg, step to the side and squat to 90 degrees. Return to standing position. Repeat lunge plus squat 12-15 times.
Repeat
Repeat exercise on left leg. Complete this exercise 1-2 times on each leg.
