Every class is lead by a certified Personal Trainer and includes a full-body workout that incorporates cardio, strength training, and core conditioning. Classes are kept fresh, fun, challenging and progressive so you can continue to improve and challenge yourself without ever having to find a new class. You will benefit from small class sizes, more personal attention and a non-intimidating, team environment.

CORE-DIO F.I.T

Females In Training for a stronger firmer core and MORE stamina!

We understand that there is more to your core than a 6 pack and that having a strong core can actually offer you a better quality of life! Lower back pain, pelvic floor issues, feeling off balance and a protruding mid section can all be attributed to a weak core. It’s amazing just how fast you can gain core strength and improve or eliminate the above conditions simply by taking some time to train your core RIGHT! A stronger core and flatter stomach is created from the inside out and with added cardio conditioning. CORE-DIO F.I.T is a multi level core and cardio conditioning class designed for women who want to improve their core strength and their stamina so they have more energy and look and feel fit from the inside out! With a variety of levels to choose from and a non-intimidating team environment this class is perfect for you if are a beginner to intermediate exerciser.

How are Life Designs group fitness classes different than other Fitness classes?

We want you to feel like you kicked butt in class, not that the class kicked your butt! We understand that not everyone wants to be yelled at or pushed to the point that they feel like throwing up or can’t walk for 5 days after the workout, so we offer classes that have lots of options to accommodate the varying needs of our participants. Our goal is to empower women to feel great about their exercise efforts so they leave class feeling energized not demoralized! We provide high quality instruction, teach you safe and effective exercises and provide a non judgemental and supportive environment. We even offer a TEXT message “wake up” call for our 6am classes so you don’t accidently sleep through! We understand the needs of women and the challenges that they face and endeavor to make the 45 minutes with us, the best part of your day!

$12 per class with purchase of a flex pass:

12 Class Flex Pass

$144 + tax (expires after 15 classes)

6 Class Flex Pass

$72 + tax (expires after 8 classes)
