One-On-One Personal Training

How do you know if a Trainer is right for you?

They should have you complete a detailed food and fitness history and lifestyle questionnaire so they understand your needs, habits and the best course of action for YOU.

They should have an understanding of the challenges you face and can compassionately support you to overcome them. Let’s face it, a 22 year old male trainer can be great eye candy but what does he know about the challenges a 40 year old mom with 2 kids faces on a day to day basis!

They should be able to meet you in your model of the world instead of trying to get you to conform to theirs.

You should not feel judged or guilty for your actions or inactions.

Your reality, you likely feel out of shape and uncomfortable with how your body looks and feels and you probably put enough pressure on yourself for not making yourself a priority so you don’t need a trainer who will add to it or who just doesn’t get it.

What you DO want is a trainer who takes the time to build a relationship with you so that they understand you, your goals and your needs and can design an effective program that will get you the results you want as quickly and efficiently as possible. You often give up on exercise after a month or two so you need someone who will not only hold you accountable but will provide a safe, non-judgmental environment to workout in so you look forward to your workouts!

The investment

One Time* sessions $90 per session
3-8 sessions $65 per session
12 sessions $60 per session
16 sessions $55 per session
24 sessions $50 per session

*One time 75 min session that includes a full fitness and postural assessment, a full body workout and a program designed for you to do on your own.

 

All packages include:

An initial first session that includes: fitness and postural assessment, body composition measurements, and a brief workout

60 minute sessions (warm up, workout, cool down and stretch)

Follow up assessments and measurements to track your progress

Nutrition and Mindset support
