Using our combined expertise we have designed a revolutionary program that offers you elite fitness training, expert nutrition guidance and support in creating a positive frame of mind. We are 100% committed to helping you reach your health and fitness goals by offering accountability and motivational support in AND out of the studio. This small group training program is right for you if you enjoy the camaraderie of others and are looking for a fun and energizing experience. - 60 min initial consultation – Includes fitness program review, fitness assessments, body composition measurements and introduction to nutrition program and your teammates!
- 24-36 group personal training sessions (45 min each) 2 – 3 fun and challenging sessions per week in groups of 3-4 women, led by an energetic and motivating certified Personal Trainer
- Customized Cardio workouts for each participant
- Weekly Activity Tracker with accountability support
- Nutrition support with a certified Nutritionist via telephone conferencing (no need to leave your house!)
- Two 45 min group nutrition consultations- monthly tips and expert advice on optimizing your nutrition intake, plus a Q&A period
- Access to the empower me program:
- 9 weekly group support calls – to share your food and fitness struggles, discuss solutions and ask key questions so you can stay motivated and on the right track!
- 3 group emPOWERment workshops – To find solutions to common food and fitness issues so you achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
- Food log reviews – Receive personalized feedback from your trainer on how to optimize your food intake using an online food intake tracker
- Monthly progress tracking – Body composition measurements done each month to measure your success
- Comprehensive resource package that includes:
- 12 week Mindset For Success program
