emPOWER ME Program

The emPOWER ME program is designed for women who are tired of feeling unenergetic and unhealthy and want to start consistently making healthy eating and fitness a priority in their lives. This program is designed for women who struggle sticking to a food and fitness plan because their motivation fades soon after they start and who benefit from the camaraderie and support of others. This program is right for you if you are READY to commit to making yourself a priority, to taking action not making excuses and you are willing to open your mind and see the possibilities of the healthy active lifestyle that is waiting for you!

Here is the program:

1 group emPOWERment session per month via teleconference call – 75 min

3 weekly group accountability sessions via teleconference call – 45 min each

(no sessions on statutory holidays, sessions will be rescheduled for a different day and time)

What does this involve?

Once a month in our group emPOWERment session there will be a topic discussed where you will get tools, knowledge and expert advice on how to ELIMINATE the key food and fitness issues that are stopping you from realizing your goals. With my assistance, you will create a personalized action plan that you will work on each month that will get you on track and into a lifestyle that makes you look and feel younger, healthier and more energetic! To help you stay on track you will also get the unique opportunity to be held accountable for your actions with our weekly group accountability sessions.

Both the empowerment session and the weekly support sessions will be offered via telephone conferencing so all you have to do is dial in to my conference line from the comfort of your home. Together with a group of women going through the same process as you, you will get to learn, share, mentor and be mentored as well as ask key questions about the issues affecting you most. You will be able to work through your struggles and overcome what has held you back for so long.

Social support is so important when you are making a lifestyle change, especially for women. Often when we decide to change for the better it sometimes makes others around us uncomfortable. People will question your intentions, your abilities and your commitment level advertently or inadvertently so ensuring that you surround yourself with positive support will be KEY to your success.

What kind of action will you have to take?

You will need to make a commitment to fitting in fitness and healthy eating but it will be based on your goals and needs, what is accessible to you and what you feel capable of. You don’t have to know HOW you are going to do this yet, you just have to WANT to do it. With my knowledge, resources and industry connections I will be able to provide you with the tools and support to succeed.

When are the calls?

All calls take place on Sunday evening at 8:00pm

How do the calls work?

You will be emailed the conference call number and the access code which you will dial into 5 min before the call start time.

All this support is available to you for only $39 or less per month.

What happens if you miss a call?
