The RE-CLAIM your Body programs are designed for women who are finished having kids and are ready to take their body back fully and completely, ONCE AND FOR ALL! You are ideal for one of these programs if you need to shed anywhere from 10-80 pounds, want to change your body composition and get healthy from the inside out using a realistic, step by step approach.

Best suited for women who:

  • Have tried countless times to improve their health and fitness but are never able to follow through or maintain the results
  • Can’t fathom subjecting themselves to yet another unsuccessful attempt to get healthier
  • Know they NEED to be held accountable because otherwise they won’t stick to their plan
  • Give up too quickly when they don’t see results fast enough

Best suited for women who:

  • Don’t want to have to cut out their favorite foods completely and exercise until they feel sick
  • Like the idea of eating healthy and exercising but are confused about what they need to do to see results

  • Will follow a program on their own but need additional support, knowledge, tools and mindset work to keep them accountable and to prevent them from giving up

  • Do exercise but often irregularly and probably not at a level that will get them the results they want
  • Are noticing the effects of aging and want to slow them down, drastically
  • Will follow a program on their own but need additional support, knowledge, tools and mindset work to ensure they are on the right track and to keep them accountable
  • Realize that if they don’t invest now to improve their current health and fitness then they are going to start to look and feel their age or even older!
  • Are willing to put 100% effort into doing whatever it takes to get healthy and fit once and for all because they want to look younger, have more energy and feel fantastic in their own skin!

The length of the program is dependent on your current health and fitness. The minimum commitment is 2 months and the maximum commitment is 6 months. This program is designed to guide you and support you to work the plan mostly on your own but with enough support, tools and knowledge to ensure you don’t get side tracked and DO see the results you WANT!

  • Want to explore ways to continue to fine tune their eating habits
  • Realize that continually investing in their health and fitness will help them age gracefully, prevent regression in their health and fitness and reduce the risk of getting diseases caused by poor lifestyle choices
  • Are willing to do whatever it takes to stay healthy and fit so they continue to look younger, have more energy and feel fantastic in their own skin!

The length of the program is dependent on your need for support. There is no minimum commitment. This program is designed to ensure you have just enough guidance and support to ensure that you don’t fall off the track and continue seeing the results you have worked hard to achieve!
